OUR PROCESS

Our items are hand stamped. Hand stamping is a process where each letter is individually stamped into the metal. Each piece is slightly different from another. I do my best to keep everything centered and straight as possible, but sometimes lettering and spacing due vary a little. Since we hand make all our items, items are processed 3-5 business days (excludes holidays and weekends) then the item is shipped.

SHIPPING INFO

The walnuts and jewelry are shipped within 5-7 business days, the cork boards are ready for delivery/pickup in 1-2 weeks. All orders ship FIRST CLASS which typically takes 2 – 5 business days in transit.  All orders ship from Alabama which effects how long it takes to get to your city/state/country.  You will receive a shipping notification via email once the order has shipped.

DO YOUR SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we have international shipping options at checkout. We are not responsible for any  delaying international shipping times or any custom fees that maybe charged by your country. 


MATERIALS WE USE

We use aluminum, stainless steel, rhodium, gold colored and zinc alloy plated brass. All items are nickel free. Aluminum and stainless steel give the look of sterling silver without the cost. Pure aluminum does not tarnish and has a much lower rate of skin reaction than sterling silver. You can polish all the metals back to their original shine with a polish cloth. All our jewelry is hypoallergenic.

WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED WHEN I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Due to the customized nature of each order, your card will be charged as soon as an order is placed. 

CAN I HAVE SOMETHING STAMPED ON THE BACK OF THE CHARM?

This option is not available at this time.
