It is hard to believe that 2016 is almost over. in a little under 4 hrs, we will be welcoming 2017. I will not be up at midnight, but I will celebrate with the sunrise.
It has been a very exciting 2016. Some of the highlights include: long weekend in Pigeon Forge, a crazy road trip to Utah and back home, being of service to the community, seeing the Ginger water ski (he used to compete as a jumper), spending time with family and friends, launching new products for Angie and a Ginger, growing closer to each other, celebrating one year of marriage, and for me, starting and working on Rouxbe, professional plant based cooking class.
So what does 2017 hold? Well, I can only hope that God blesses me with another day, another moment, another chance to say, “I love you”, and another chance to work, be and serve my purpose for the greater good.
